Fall/Winter Wedding Centerpieces

  • 12” Pine Trees (fake) decorated in the Wedding Colors- Silver & Blue, Red & Silver, etc.
  • Magic Pumpkin Carriage- Place a pumpkin in the middle with greenery around it. Find small mice figurines and a glass shoe figurine. Arrange these near the pumpkin and greenery. This is a cute take-off on the story of Cinderella and looks great for a fall wedding.
  • Tall, clear vase with various twisted sticks and leaf sticks. Just a few for each vase, don’t overdo it. Try and find gold twisted sticks.
  • Clear Glass bowl with a snowflake-shaped floating candle. Fake snow and/or silver confetti around the bowl is a nice touch.
  • Staggered Candles- Find candles that are the Wedding colors, in different heights. Arrange 3-4 candles per table.
  • Large Red or White Candle with Holly Ivy around the base of the candle.
  • Red Clay flower pot with a fall flower arrangement. Yellow, Red, Orange, Purple, and Green all work great in the Fall.
  • Old-fashioned oil lamp, lit & burning, in the center of the table. A garland of flowers of ivy around the base adds a nice touch.
  • Lay a square piece of burlap in the center of the table. Fill a jar ¾ of cranberries. Tip the jar on its side and have the cranberries be spilling out onto the burlap.
  • Fill a bowl with cranberries and surround the bowl with ivy and/or ribbon. Place a silver or gold figurine in the center of the cranberries.
  • Have your local baker make gingerbread houses for your centerpieces. Let the baker know what your wedding colors are and see if he/she could use coordinating candies to decorate the houses with.
  • Display Christmas Village House(s) in the center of the table. Sprinkle fake snow or use batting for snow. To accent you can buy small pine trees, animals, sleds, etc.

    Spring/Summer Wedding Centerpieces
  • Old-fashioned oil lamp, lit & burning, in the center of the table. A garland of flowers of ivy around the base adds a nice touch. If you want, just use a hurricane lamp with a candle inside. This may cut down on the cost.
  • Large glass fish bowels with Beta fish in them. Have glass marbles at the bottom of the jar and a water plant on top.
  • A large glass bowl with glass marbles in the bottom. Place floating candles in the water. They look great lit or unlit. Instead of floating candles, flowers can be used. Gerbera Daisies work especially well.
  • Lucky Bamboo plants are easily found these days. This beautiful plant works wonderful for a centerpiece when planted in a painted ceramic pot.
  • Scatter rose petals in the center of the table on top of a nice table cloth. While this is a very simple centerpiece, it comes across as very elegant.
  • Place fresh-cut flowers in a simple vase. Tulips or Roses are always winners!
  • Place a Water Fountain at the center table. Leave the rest of the tables plain or place something simple in the middle. A single rose, flower petals, or a candle would work great.
  • Simply lay a table runner across on top of the table cloth. Choose table runners that coordinate with the wedding colors.
  • Decorate straw hats with ribbon and flowers. Use these hats as centerpieces. Use silk or real flowers. Make sure to allow time right before the big day to decorate these hats if you are using real flowers.
